What does the business review cost?
Nothing. It is a working session, usually 60 to 90 minutes, where we map how your business runs and where software would help. You leave with a written plan whether or not you go ahead.
Why is there no setup fee?
Because our build process is fast and our platform does most of the heavy lifting. We make our money by keeping your system running well for years, not by billing a big invoice on day one.
How long until it is live?
Most Starter and Core systems are live within two to three weeks of a yes. Bigger builds are phased so you get the first useful piece early.
What happens when something breaks?
Your system is monitored around the clock. When something fails, our Geeknauts are alerted and fix it, usually before you see it. Anything you notice first goes to your Kru contact and gets handled.
Can I leave? Who owns the data?
You can cancel with 60 days notice, and your data is yours. We will export it in a standard format at any time, including on the way out.
What if I already use software like Jobber or QuickBooks?
